    Steps to make 波纹薯条

    • 1.所需材料:土豆、酥肉粉。
    • 2.土豆去皮,用波浪刀切稍厚的片。
    • 3.再切成条。
    • 4.冲洗去掉表面的淀粉。
    • 5.水开下入薯条,焯水1分钟左右,薯条接近透明,有土豆香味飘出即可。
    • 6.捞出彻底投凉。
    • 7.加入酥肉粉适量。
    • 8.晃动薯条,让酥肉粉均匀沾满薯条。
    • 9.热锅热油,7成油温下入薯条油炸。
    • 10.炸到定型,捞出。油温升高复炸一遍,炸到金黄色捞出。
    • 11.拧一点欧芹碎即可(没有也可)。
    • 12.完成。
