  • 1.洗净花生,炒锅冷水加八角,盐,煮成花生完全熟。
  • 2.拍碎黄瓜、红柿椒切丝
  • 3.上锅加热油,取一碗里放入干红辣椒、葱、姜、芝麻。将热油到入。
  • 4.将1、2、3一起放入,加调味料、生抽、鸡精(味精均可)拌均待冷却。
