中式猪油腰果酥

  • 白油80g(猪油)
  • 白砂糖60g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 中式猪油腰果酥

  • 1.面粉过筛称重。
  • 2.加入猪油。用固态的,不用加热溶化。
  • 3.加入白砂糖。
  • 4.一个鸡蛋打散,加入20克蛋液。剩下的蛋液留做刷面。
  • 5.所有材料捏拌均匀成团,整型包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏一小时。
  • 6.把生腰果掰开。也可以用大杏仁或枣肉替换腰果,看自己喜好。
  • 7.取出面饼,揉成长条,均匀切段。面饼含油量大,揉长时可能会散掉,捏一捏重新整型即可。
  • 8.每个面剂立起来稍微整型,按入一个腰果。
  • 9.把刚才剩下的蛋液加入一个蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.28烤盘可以摆6x6或5ⅹ5,正好一盘。表面刷蛋液。
  • 11.烤箱180度预热,烤15~20分钟左右,表面上色即可。
  • 12.这款中式猪油小甜点,一点不比黄油点心逊色,口感细腻,酥香掉渣。操作简单不用打发,零失败率,特别适合新手操作。
