虾仁西兰花
有一天,偶然翻翻西人美食网页,翻到一菜叫Shrimp and grits,感觉可以接受,简单易做快速,但觉好象少了点什么,哦,蔬菜,加点西兰花吧,搭配会更加合理。刚好忘了做饭,就用Grits做主食,于是,就成了虾仁西兰盖浇玉米粥。

  • 西兰花约1朵
  • 玉米粥粉Grits约1/2cip
  • 1棵
  • 新鲜欧芹2小朵
  • 干萝勒1/8tsp
  • 干欧芹1/8tsp
  • 干百里香1/4tsp
  • 胡椒粉1/4tsp
  • 玉米淀粉1/2tsp
  • 料酒2tsp
  • 麻油1/2tsp

Steps to make 虾仁西兰花

  • 1.将虾解冻去壳去肠,然后放在碗里,放罗勒1/8小勺、欧芹1/8小勺、百里香1/4小勺、胡椒粉1/4小勺、盐1/2小勺、糖1/8小勺和料酒2小勺,抓匀,再加玉米淀粉1/2小勺和麻油1/2小勺,再抓匀,用一饭碗,放半碗高汤,加玉米淀粉1/2大勺、糖1/8小勺、盐1/4小勺、胡椒粉1/4小勺和麻油1/2小勺,搅拌均匀成碗汁备用;
  • 2.将新鲜欧切碎、将葱白和葱绿分开比切碎,西兰花摘成小朵;
  • 3.用一小锅,放干Grits,加半碗水,锅至炉上开中小火,慢慢用木勺搅拌,如果太稠,分次加水两汤匙搅拌均匀,煮到你认为稠度合适为止,但不要过稀;
  • 4.将西兰花焯水,焯水时别忘了加适量油和盐,让西兰花有点底味和使其颜色更绿一些;
  • 5.起锅,锅热加适量菜油,倒入葱白,爆香;
  • 6.倒入虾仁,炒片刻;
  • 7.加入碎西芹;
  • 8.加入菜花,翻炒,倒入碗汁;
  • 9.烧至碗汁起泡即熄火,把虾仁和西兰花均匀地铺在玉米粥上,再均匀地浇上锅上的汁,把葱绿撒在上面,完成。
