酱爆三丁
马铃薯北方也叫土豆。具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,马铃薯块茎水分多、脂肪少、单位体积的热量相当低放开肚皮吃也不会胖,我做的这款酱爆三丁就是以土豆为主要原料,配以鸡腿肉和青椒丁做成的。又是一款下饭菜。

    Steps to make 酱爆三丁

    • 1.鸡腿去骨切丁,上浆。
    • 2.土豆去皮切小丁。
    • 3.青椒洗净切丁。
    • 4.锅中放油,下入土豆丁。
    • 5.土豆丁炸至金黄捞出备用。
    • 6.锅中放油烧热。
    • 7.下入鸡丁煸炒变白,成出。
    • 8.锅中留低油,放入辣酱 豆瓣酱煸炒。
    • 9.放入葱姜。糖和一点盐。
    • 10.放入炸好的土豆丁 鸡丁 青椒丁翻炒片刻,让所有原料都能够均匀的沾满酱汁即可。
