自制辣白菜

Steps to make 自制辣白菜

  • 1.白菜外面叶子洗净,里面叶子可洗可不洗,切四分,晾干~
  • 2.白菜抹盐,尤其根部要多抹一些,摆在干净的盆①里。再另拿一个盆②,凉水里放盐,融化后尝一下,不用太咸。把盆②的盐水倒入盆①,用重物压着~放置8~10个小时
  • 3.腌好的白菜用水冲一下,拧干,放在干净无油的容器里待用;把萝卜切成条用盐腌20分钟,把腌出的水倒掉,待用(如果咸用水冲一下)
  • 4.把225g凉水倒入25g糯米粉里,搅拌均匀,上火烧开熬成糊(不要大火),放凉待用;把大蒜、姜、洋葱、苹果、梨用料理机打成泥;
  • 5.把混合泥倒入萝卜条里,再加上辣椒面,芝麻,白糖和鸡精,拌匀待用~
  • 6.把白菜剪成块,以后吃起来方便一些;把右侧拌好的萝卜倒入白菜盆里,拌匀
  • 7.完成,装到保鲜袋系紧,放到保鲜盒子里,防止放冰箱里串味儿~随吃随拿~
