  • 1.碾米面适量,加水稀释 发酵 和面是关键
  • 2.和好的面团醒发
  • 3.油炸糕之所以好吃 是因为用的是自家做的红豆馅,这可不像市场上卖的那种添加各种佐料的豆沙馅
  • 4.醒发好的面团 揪成小剂子 之后压成饼放入豆沙陷
  • 5.把放好豆沙陷的面团起来
  • 6.之后再压成饼 这样就可以直接入锅炸制了
  • 7.油温要高 直接入锅炸制
  • 8.炸到金黄色即可
  • 9.外焦里嫩 香气扑鼻 馅料软软糯糯的 老少皆宜
