清炖羊肉汤
羊肉汤其实是适合一年四季喝的, 冬季可滋补驱寒,我是“偷看”了羊肉馆的做法,做羊肉汤堪称我的强项,儿子每次咕咚先喝下一大碗汤,在慢慢吃肉,很小的时候用吸管喝。一两周我就会做一次,今天这锅算冬天的第一锅吧。

Steps to make 清炖羊肉汤

  • 1.羊肉羊骨羊血放清水泡一会,去血。
  • 2.姜用刀拍松,葱花不用切。
  • 3.把羊肉羊骨冲净放进砂锅,加足量的水,开始大火炖20分钟,羊肉整炖。
  • 4.羊肉基本熟的时候,捞出切小块。
  • 5.切好的羊肉重新放回砂锅,放葱、姜、胡萝卜,羊血也切片放进去。
  • 6.大火烧一会,小火炖1小时左右。出锅前10分钟放适量盐和蒜片,盐也可吃的时候放。
