做批萨是偷懒又解馋的好办法---鲜虾厚底批萨
天热或偷懒的时候我多数会想到批萨,方便简单营养又美味,关键全家人还都喜欢。
上周在家里看大片,不想在厨房里蒸桑拿,征求了大家意见后就以这个鲜虾批萨当中餐了,美额外补充小小要求:柔软的饼底加能拉出长丝的芝士。

150克面粉做了9寸的批萨,面饼厚厚的非常柔软,有点象面包的口感。只是量不太够大家有点意犹未尽,下次要直接用烤盘烤一个才更过瘾呀。

Steps to make 做批萨是偷懒又解馋的好办法---鲜虾厚底批萨

  • 1.将面粉与糖,盐,酵母拌匀后,后油法揉面一直揉至面筋扩展阶段收圆盖保鲜膜放温暖处发酵。
  • 2.当面团发至原体积的2倍大小时即发酵完成。
  • 3.将马苏里拉切成小丁状。
  • 4.准备好配菜:剥出的虾仁去虾肠后用料酒及少许盐腌一下,青椒切片,玉米氽熟,香肠切小段。
  • 5.发酵好的面团取出排气,滚圆盖保鲜膜醒发20分钟。
  • 6.将面饼用手慢慢压成圆形,比萨盘中刷一层橄榄油,将面饼放在比萨盘里慢慢压至整齐贴合,边缘稍厚些
  • 7.在面饼上用叉子叉一些小孔,再刷上一层橄榄油。
  • 8.在面饼上涂上自制批萨酱(做法见此处),撒一层马苏里拉芝士,面饼边缘间隔着放香肠片
  • 9.将腌好的虾仁摆在马苏里拉芝士上,铺上玉米粒及青椒片,再撒一层芝士,再铺上青椒及虾仁,面饼边缘刷少许橄榄油后放入预热好210度的烤箱中层,烤15分钟取出撒一层芝士,再烤5分钟左右出炉。
