Steps to make 腌蒜茄子

  • 1.茄子洗净。
  • 2.上屉蒸10分钟左右,注意观察,别蒸过了,蒸过了茄子会出汤水,不宜做蒜茄子了。
  • 3.蒸好的茄子出锅晾凉。
  • 4.此时准备蒜泥,大蒜去皮洗净。
  • 5.用夹蒜器夹碎。
  • 6.根据自己的口味加入适量的盐。
  • 7.用擀面杖把它捣碎城蒜泥,放置15分钟。
  • 8.将晾凉的茄子中间划开,两头不要划透,中间包入蒜泥。
  • 9.包好的蒜茄子可以切碎吃,再拌点小香菜特别好吃,也可以一条一条的撕开直接吃,如果图省事想多做一些留着以后吃,那么加量做好后,放在容器里码一层蒜茄子撒一层盐,然后密封入冰箱冷藏,可以吃一个冬天。
