雪媚娘细白软糯,Q弹中又带有丝丝甜蜜,像软糖一样但没有软糖那么腻,里面加上新鲜的芒果粒和鲜奶油,咬上一口就能感受到它的清甜软滑,冷藏后的口感更佳,细软中还带着隐隐的甜意和凉意呢!

  • 淡奶油300ml
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 奥利奥饼干碎80g
  • 玉米淀粉75g
  • 牛奶400g
  • 热水30g
  • 水磨糯米粉75g
  • 细砂糖130g
  • 黄油50g

Steps to make 雪媚娘

  • 1.细砂糖倒入热水中化开(在微波炉加热30秒),然后与牛奶混合均匀
  • 2.将水磨糯米粉1与玉米淀粉慢慢加入牛奶中,一边搅拌一边倒入,调成均匀无颗粒的面糊
  • 3.在蒸锅上,大火蒸30分钟,蒸至固体奶糕
  • 4.固体奶糕蒸好后,将黄油放置上面融化,趁热将黄油揉搓进奶糕中,使其成为光滑的面团
  • 5.接着将光滑的面团放置冰箱冷冻30-60分钟
  • 6.淡奶油加入细砂糖,打发备用。(这边开始就是馅料)
  • 7.取出冷冻好的面团,将其分割成30g的小面团,然后在硅胶垫上撒上糕粉,将小面团在糕粉中滚均匀
  • 8.取出一个小面团用擀面杖擀成皮子,然后放置在硅胶蛋糕托上,并放入一勺打发好的淡奶油,适量奥利奥饼干碎
  • 9.将皮子向中间收起,再将雪媚娘团子从硅胶蛋糕托倒扣到蛋糕纸托中
  • 10.略微整形,即食。放置冰箱冷藏2小时后食用口感更佳
