生菜蛋卷
非常低脂的一款可当早餐也可下午茶还能当菜。

Steps to make 生菜蛋卷

  • 1.准备:生菜洗干净。
  • 2.鸡蛋。
  • 3.生菜切细丝。
  • 4.将鸡蛋蛋白蛋黄分开放。
  • 5.蛋白放入生菜丝里搅拌均匀。
  • 6.热锅放油,倒入生菜蛋白液,尽量摊平中小火煎制。
  • 7.约两分钟左右将蛋饼卷起来如图所示这样。
  • 8.然后再将蛋黄液倒入锅里煎。
  • 9.看黄蛋液差不多凝固时。
  • 10.将刚才的生菜蛋白卷将蛋黄卷起来,稍微用铲子压紧实,多翻动煎一会即可。
  • 11.切件装盘,挤点甜辣酱,开吃咯。
  • 12.成品图。
  • 13.配碗燕麦牛奶早餐营养能量满满的。
