滋补防寒双功效—香焖羊肉
羊肉性温热,补气滋阴、暖中补虚、开胃健力,在《本草纲目》中被称为补元阳、益血气的温热补品。
羊肉肉质细嫩,含有丰富的脂肪、维生素、钙、磷、铁等,特别是钙、铁的含量显著地超过了牛肉和猪肉的含量,且胆固醇含量低,是滋补身体的绝好食品。有补肾壮阳的作用,适合体虚畏寒的人食用。
羊肉是冬季进补的重要食品之一。寒冬常吃羊肉可益气补虚,促进血液循环,起到到滋补和防寒的双重效果,故羊肉被人们誉为冬季的滋补肉。

Steps to make 滋补防寒双功效—香焖羊肉

  • 1.羊肉洗净。。。
  • 2.准备好香菇、红枣等所有配料。
  • 3.汤锅中加水,放入姜片、葱白,把水烧开。
  • 4.放入羊肉绰去血水。
  • 5.捞出洗净,并控干水份。
  • 6.锅中热油,放入姜片、葱白、八角、香叶煸香。
  • 7.倒入羊肉翻炒至表面干香的状态。
  • 8.调入少许料酒或者白酒。
  • 9.调入适量老抽,翻炒至上色。
  • 10.倒入适量开水,加入泡发好的香菇、红枣、党参、干老姜母、四物包,然后盖起盖子烧开。
  • 11.把羊肉连汤一起倒入砂锅中,中小火焖煮2小时。出锅前10分钟调入少许食盐。
