  • 1.准备好所有想吃的蔬菜摆盘,葱花香菜蒜放碗里备用,可以调一点麻酱,宝贝的最爱。
  • 2.少许油葱姜爆炒,放入番茄底料加水煮开。
  • 3.放入大枣几颗,提前放入杏鲍菇和香菇调味,放入海鲜类煮开。
  • 4.提前把海鲜捞出,海鲜一煮就熟,时间久了就煮老了。
  • 5.将剩余石材煮熟后,加入海鲜,加入盐调味,出锅就好,可以用准备好的蒜泥和葱花麻酱调好料碗,调味。
