在我的小世界里,家人就是我的全部。每一顿饭菜,每一个点心,我都希望能让大家吃得开心。家人常说披萨的饼皮很好吃,所以在做这个披萨的时候,我留了好宽的饼皮。紫色的饼底,缤纷的馅料,带来艳丽的色彩,看起来特别诱人。牛肉粒、玉米粒、青豆粒、红椒粒、粒粒香醇。

Steps to make 粒粒香紫薯披萨—赋予披萨亮丽的饼底

  • 1.紫薯洗净去皮,切成小块上锅蒸熟。
  • 2.蒸熟的紫薯加入1/2茶勺的盐趁热压成泥。
  • 3.加入适量面粉和酵母粉,揉成光滑的紫薯面团。
  • 4.发酵至原来的2.5倍大。
  • 5.把牛肉洗净切成丁,加入适量腌肉料腌制半天。
  • 6.铺在锡纸上放进预热好的烤箱,200度中层烤10分钟。
  • 7.玉米剥好,青豆洗净,胡萝卜和青红椒切成小丁。
  • 8.把除青红椒以外的蔬菜配料放入开水中焯至断生,捞出沥干水份。
  • 9.把发酵好的紫薯面团进行排气,再次揉成圆形并擀成和披萨盘差不多大小的饼底,放入披萨盘,整好形。饼底用叉子轻轻叉上一些小孔。
  • 10.先涂抹上一层披萨酱,再撒上一层披萨草。
  • 11.铺上一层烤好的牛肉粒。
  • 12.铺上1/3的马苏奶酪。
  • 13.铺上一层焯过水的蔬菜配料。
  • 14.再铺上1/3的马苏奶酪,进预热好的烤箱,200度中层烤10分钟。
  • 15.取出撒一层青红椒,再铺上最后1/3奶酪,继续进烤箱烤10分钟即可。
