  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.胡萝卜、黄瓜去皮与香菇、白菜全部洗净切条
  • 3.开水炒一下,先下入香菇、胡萝卜,后下白菜,炒好捞出
  • 4.石锅加入适量的油打入鸡蛋,煎至七分熟取出
  • 5.备好所有食材
  • 6.石锅底部刷油,倒入米饭
  • 7.码入所有食材
  • 8.码入鸡蛋,将石锅置于火上,小火加热两三分钟,听到米饭在锅内发出嗞嗞的声音即可
  • 9.最后挤入辣酱
  • 10.将饭菜辣酱一起拌匀即可开餐啦。
