    Steps to make 客家扣肉

    • 1.五花肉洗干净,切大块。
    • 2.烧开水,把肉飞水(飞过水的猪肉炸起来更香)。
    • 3.把飞水的猪肉,加入八角,红糖,生抽,料酒,老抽,五香粉。
    • 4.腌制2小时。
    • 5.把油烧到7成热,放入猪肉。
    • 6.炸到表面金黄就可以捞起来。
    • 7.在表面撒入适量的盐粉,也可以保存久点。
    • 8.把肉切片,加入甜酱油蒸10分钟。
    • 9.吃起来肥而不腻。
