凉拌仔鸡
一斤重的小仔鸡,拿来凉拌是最合适的了。肉嫩而且不是很多,煮鸡的清汤可以饭后直接饮用,也可以放上几根青菜做成青菜汤,再或者放几根面条,做成鲜美的鸡汤面。

Steps to make 凉拌仔鸡

  • 1.仔鸡去除杂毛,清洗干净
  • 2.与凉水,姜块,同入炖锅中
  • 3.水开后,撇去浮沫,倒入料酒,盖盖慢炖40分钟左右
  • 4.仔鸡捞出,自然晾凉
  • 5.将仔鸡拆块,喜欢冰凉口感可以蒙上保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏一段时间
  • 6.将鲜姜、香葱、大蒜剁成碎末,与盐、白糖、生抽、陈醋、豆豉辣酱同入碗中,调成料汁
  • 7.将料汁均匀地淋在鸡块上,即可食用
  • 8.料汁慢慢渗入到肉中,有滋有味
  • 9.经过冷藏后的鸡肉更加爽口
