奶酪戚风蛋糕
这个是做生日蛋糕的蛋糕胚,因为吃多戚风蛋糕,所以想试试其他蛋糕。
刚好买2块奶酪,所以选择芝士蛋糕。用做戚风蛋糕方法做芝士蛋糕也很不错呢。戚风蛋糕做法,芝士蛋糕的口感啊。大家吃过后都说比戚风蛋糕还要好吃。
非常成功的蛋糕,留着方子慢慢用,哈哈。

  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 低筋面粉70克
  • 砂糖60g
  • 牛奶60ml
  • 黄油20g
  • 柠檬汁3滴

Steps to make 奶酪戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.蛋白蛋清分离。
  • 3.把奶酪,黄油,牛奶倒入大盆里。
  • 4.隔水加热搅拌至融化。
  • 5.一个一个蛋黄加入搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入面粉。
  • 7.按不规则搅拌至丝滑。
  • 8.蛋白加入柠檬汁,分3次加入砂糖打至硬性泡发。
  • 9.挖3分之一蛋白到奶酪糊中。
  • 10.自上而下快速拌匀。
  • 11.把奶酪糊倒入蛋白霜里。
  • 12.自上而下快速拌匀。
  • 13.倒入8寸模具里
  • 14.水浴法,中下层,150度60分钟.
  • 15.烤好放凉脱模。
