  • 1.材料准备好:木耳提前1小时用温水泡发,清洗干净;豆腐宜用质地结实的品种;
  • 2.豆腐切1-2公分的小块,大葱叶切碎;
  • 3.炒锅中倒油,油温5、6成热时,倒入打散的鸡蛋液,稍凝固后打成块,撒入葱花;
