香甜杂粮饼
粗粮细吃,杂粮能做出如此香甜的味道,制作过程却是相当简单,非常非常推荐哟。这个杂粮饼是我家早餐中出现几率非常高的一款饼,我家早餐讲究食物多样化,五谷豆浆加上杂粮饼,给宝宝还配上牛奶鸡蛋,一顿早餐就吃下快20种食材,给很多妈妈们觉得每天给孩子吃25种以上食材无法做到的一个启发吧......
做早餐的时候最先把这个饼的材料弄到面包机桶里发酵,启用面包机的发酵功能是比较快的,一般半个多小时足够了,等把其他的做好,这个也发酵好了,倒入预热好的电饼铛里很快就做好啦,下面来看看具体做法吧......

  • 小麦面粉30克
  • 玉米面粉25克
  • 黄豆面25克
  • 细玉米面25克
  • 小米面25克
  • 荞麦面粉25克
  • 糯米粉25克
  • 大枣30克
  • 白糖20克

Steps to make 香甜杂粮饼

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.大枣去核切成碎末
  • 3.将除了油以外的所有原材料倒入面包机桶里混合,调成可流动的糊
  • 4.启动面包机发酵功能,发酵到原来的2到2.5倍体积
  • 5.电饼铛预热,均匀刷上油,稍微刷多一点
  • 6.倒入面糊,尽量倒均匀,启动电饼铛“锅贴”功能
  • 7.用筷子拨开看下面煎起锅巴后翻一面
  • 8.两面都煎起锅巴后出锅切块即可
