正宗的四川泡菜坛子是这样式的,必须密闭,不能漏气,而且需要做发酵水才能做成洗澡泡菜,难度系数很高。

今天CUCU带来的是快手版冰镇泡菜,不用发酵水,不用半个月,现腌现吃,爽口开胃。

  • 彩椒半个
  • CUCU白醋200ml
  • 白糖60g
  • 2勺
  • 香叶2片
  • 花椒10粒
  • 凉白开200-300ml

Steps to make 省心冰镇泡菜

  • 1.蔬菜洗净,切片或切条,放入密封罐中。
  • 2.倒入200mlCUCU白醋、60g白糖、2勺盐、两片香叶、10粒花椒。用手压一压泡菜,如果液体没有没过泡菜,继续倒凉白开没过。
  • 3.密封好放入冰箱冷藏3小时以上就可以吃了。
