五香卤猪耳朵
卤肉,卤猪耳朵孩子们最爱吃,脆脆的猪耳朵脆骨爽口,平时也不经常做!偶尔做一次吃吃也不错,越嚼越香!做法简单!回味无穷!

  • 黄片糖1片
  • 老抽3汤匙
  • 生抽10汤匙
  • 2汤匙

Steps to make 五香卤猪耳朵

  • 1.加入大约一碗左右的黄酒到汤盆里,
  • 2.放入洗净的猪耳朵,凉水煮制
  • 3.大火烧开后再煮5分钟
  • 4.捞出来过凉水!洗净浮沫
  • 5.洗净浮沫再泡冰水!这样泡过冰水的猪耳朵口感更脆。
  • 6.草果10克,茴香5克,八角15克,花椒10克,桂皮5克,香叶5克,甘草5克,白芷10克干辣椒5克
  • 7.葱一段,蒜和姜适量
  • 8.老抽3汤匙,生抽10大汤匙,盐2汤匙,黄片糖1块.水大概没过肉的水大火烧开!放入猪耳朵卤煮10分钟后!(刚刚已经焯好水的猪耳朵肉,现在不能再卤煮太久了,要不煮太软,肉不弹牙)再泡在汤里5个小时左右,让猪耳朵入味!
  • 9.捞出来切块,开吃了!真的很香!很有嚼劲!
