Steps to make 清蒸鲳鱼

  • 1.鲳鱼去鳃去内脏洗净,在鱼身上划上几刀。
  • 2.将鲳鱼摆入大盘了,每条鲳鱼下面垫一片姜。鱼身上撒上鸡精、料酒、橄榄油、姜丝。
  • 3.蒸锅加水烧开,将盘子放进去,盖盖蒸6分钟,关火开盖。
  • 4.撒上葱花、浇上蒸鱼豉油。
  • 5.取一小煎锅放入猪油烧至高温,浇在鲳鱼上即可。
