  • 2.苦瓜去瓤,斜着切成条
  • 3.大蒜和小葱切成末
  • 4.甜椒切成条
  • 5.锅内做开水放一勺油和盐,将苦瓜和木耳焯一分钟捞出,立刻放在凉水中冲。
  • 6.将焯水的木耳、苦瓜、撒上白糖、盐、滴一两滴香油,撒上红椒丝
  • 7.在放入花椒油,大蒜末小葱拌匀即可
