Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

  • 1.选带有藕节的莲藕。洗净去皮。
  • 2.切去藕的另一头。
  • 3.把糯米淘洗干净。
  • 4.塞入糯米,可以用筷子推一下。但不宜太紧。
  • 5.盖上切去的藕节,用牙签扎好。
  • 6.入锅,加入冰糖,糖桂花30克。
  • 7.压制约30分钟。取出切片,另取糖桂花用温水或蜂蜜和开。
  • 8.摆上淋上糖桂花即可。
