很久以前第一次见到“蚂蚁上树”这个菜名时好奇怪,特意点来看看,原来就是肉末和粉丝啊,真佩服当初给这个菜起名字的人,好有创意哦,这个版本是从老杨的厨房那学来的。

  • 粉丝100克
  • 猪肉150克
  • 胡萝卜半个
  • 红油豆酱1汤匙
  • 白糖一茶匙

Steps to make 蚂蚁上树

  • 1.粉丝提前浸泡,泡软即可,时间不要过长。
  • 2.胡萝卜切丁,最好是小一点的丁。
  • 3.猪肉剁碎备用,肉末要肥瘦四比六才香。
  • 4.炒锅热油,爆香葱姜末后放入红油豆酱翻炒。
  • 5.加入肉末和胡萝卜翻炒,炒到肉末变色。
  • 6.加入高汤(可以用鸡精兑热水替代)大火烧开。
  • 7.放入粉丝快速收汁。
  • 8.放味精、香油,装盘即可。
