    • 2.香叶,蒜头,辣椒干。
    • 3.油锅煸香香叶,蒜头和辣椒干。
    • 4.下入螺蛳翻炒。
    • 5.放盐,酱油,料酒,糖,水,大火烧开转中火继续煮十分钟即可。
    • 6.装出一小碗的螺蛳凉拌。
    • 7.开水焯熟一点,沥干。
    • 8.放盐,鸡精,辣椒粉,糖,花椒粉,香油。
    • 9.两大勺开水把调料调匀,然后倒入焯水后的螺蛳,第二天就可以吃了。
