  • 淡奶油40克
  • 牛奶70克

  • 50克
  • 酵母5克
  • 黄油30克
  • 全蛋液15克

Steps to make 小熊面包

  • 1.除了黄油以外,所有面团材料依次放入面包机,先放液体,最后放面粉,面粉上挖坑埋好酵母,启动面包机一个和面程序后加入事先切小块软化好的黄油,继续揉面一个程序)
  • 2.揉至完全阶段,取出面团
  • 3.平均分割成等份大小差不多的面团
  • 4.搓圆压扁包入自己喜欢口味的馅料(也可以不包馅)收口压平,当熊头
  • 5.再搓几个大小一样的面团当熊耳朵跟鼻子,放在刚刚准备好的熊头上面,做好放烤箱或常温发酵至1.5倍大
  • 6.发酵完毕后,取出来刷鸡蛋液。放入事先预热好180度的烤箱中层,上下火175度,烤制20分钟。上色满意及时盖锡纸防止烤糊。

  • 8.吃不完的面包,可以放到真空保鲜盒里存放,能够有效防止风干,延缓面包老化。
