米奇沙拉鱼肠包

  • 鱼肠1根
  • 沙拉酱40g
  • 玉米油少许
  • 2g
  • 马苏里拉40g
  • 高粉160g
  • 低粉38g
  • 酵母2.5g
  • 白糖25g
  • 奶粉7g
  • 2g
  • 黄油25g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 鸡蛋液25g

Steps to make 米奇沙拉鱼肠包

  • 1.面包机内先牛奶、鸡蛋、盐、糖对角放
  • 2.加入高粉、低粉、奶粉,上面放酵母
  • 3.一个程序后(大概十五分钟)加入软化的黄油继续揉
  • 4.揉到扩展即可
  • 5.胡萝卜洗净去皮切丁、黄瓜洗净切丁,玉米粒准备好
  • 6.鱼肠切丁,和蔬菜差不多大小
  • 7.锅中加水,加少许盐,将蔬菜焯水
  • 8.捞出用纸巾吸去多余的水份
  • 9.锅中少许油加热,将鱼肠煸炒一下
  • 10.加入焯过水的蔬菜翻炒匀即可
  • 11.加入沙拉酱和马苏拌匀备用
  • 12.面团发酵到2倍大即可
  • 13.发酵好的面团排气,分成40g面团5个,20g面团5个,5g面团10个,盖保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 14.取40g的面团擀成圆形
  • 15.20g面团搓长条
  • 16.在圆形面团上面刷一层蛋液,长条围一圈,底部用叉子叉孔
  • 17.5g面团按扁,在粘的地方刷点蛋液,做耳朵
  • 18.中间填入馅料
  • 19.烤箱预热185度,20分钟即可。
