自制酸甜香芒果酱—[芒果酱酥蛋挞]
要数所有水果中最喜欢的那肯定是芒果,一种原产印度的常绿乔木。
芒果具有益胃、解渴、利尿,能降低胆固醇,有利於防治心血管疾病,有益於视力,能润泽皮肤,是女士们的美容佳果。但是每天吃芒果最好不要超过200克,因为芒果是富含蛋白的水果,多吃易饱,我本身属于比较燥热的身子,芒果热量高,多吃容易上火,只能是偶尔解解馋啦!
昨晚自己做了芒果酱,用来做芒果酥派用的,没想到做出来的芒果派超级好吃!想想用来做个果酱类的蛋挞应该也是相当不错的!外一层黄油香脆的千层酥皮内加酸甜软黏的芒果酱,咬一口,再来一杯斯里兰卡红茶,那是生活充满阳光,心情无比舒畅!

  • 千层酥皮1份
  • 芒果200克
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 柠檬一小片
  • 黄油15克
  • 精盐1/4小勺
  • 清水200ML 30ML

Steps to make 自制酸甜香芒果酱—[芒果酱酥蛋挞]

  • 1.芒果切小丁,加入200ML清水没过芒果粒就可以,煮开后转小火继续煮五分钟
  • 2.玉米淀粉调入30ML清水调匀
  • 3.加入到芒果粒中继续用小火不停搅拌,直至芒果液变得黏稠
  • 4.这时就可以关火了,在煮好的芒果液里加入细砂糖和精盐,挤入柠檬汁搅拌至混合融化
  • 5.再加入软化的黄油继续拌匀至黄油完全融化,芒果酱就做好了,放置完全冷却备用
  • 6.千层酥皮取出卷成小卷,分成小挤子
  • 7.其中一面蘸上干面粉,有面粉的朝上放入蛋挞模
  • 8.用两个大拇指均匀的把蛋挞皮捏成蛋挞模的形状,底部要薄一点
  • 9.捏好的蛋挞皮静置松弛十五分钟
  • 10.松弛好的蛋挞皮摆入烤盘
  • 11.这时冷却好的芒果酱取出待用
  • 12.用勺子将芒果酱勺入蛋挞皮中,七分满就可以
  • 13.全部勺入芒果酱珠蛋挞放入预热好的烤箱180度上下火15分钟
