奶香蓝莓卷
做了好久的蓝莓酱今天终于派上用场了,天气炎热一直没有动手做面包,而且大家对这些干干的糕点也不感兴趣了!今天我们这里降温了,变凉爽了一点,马上钻到厨房做面包了,奶粉用完了,所以加入了很多的淡奶油,使得面包也十分的香软!

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 炼乳10g
  • 鸡蛋液25g
  • 牛奶110g
  • 淡奶油70g
  • 砂糖30g
  • 4g
  • 酵母4g

Steps to make 奶香蓝莓卷

  • 1.将所以的材料混合到大盆里
  • 2.揉到面团的扩展阶段,出现大量的薄膜即可!
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜发酵到3~4倍左右的大小
  • 4.然后取出来,揉匀,排出空气!
  • 5.均匀的分成2个面团,然后松弛15分钟
  • 6.取一个面团,擀成一张长方形的面皮
  • 7.在上面涂上一层蓝莓酱
  • 8.再由下往上卷起来,注意将接口收紧一点!
  • 9.均匀的切成等份。然后将另一份圆面团也这样来操作!
  • 10.所有的做好后,放进纸托里面,再次发酵!
  • 11.这个时候来做奶酥粒。取20g低筋面粉,10g黄油,2小勺糖粉在一个盆里!(黄油不用等融化,直接切小块就可以了)
  • 12.用手搓成粉粒状,这就做好了奶酥粒!
  • 13.将发好的面包坯上面刷上一层鸡蛋液
  • 14.然后撒上做好奶酥粒,放进预热好的烤箱,180度,中层,上下火,20分钟左右!
