  • 1.将鱼腩去鳞洗净。
  • 2.圣女果对半切开,小米椒、南姜、青柠檬,斜刀切成片;口蘑切片。
  • 3.锅置火上少许油烧热,烹入香茅段、南姜、小米椒炒匀,调入冬阴功酱炒出红油。
  • 4.倒入高汤、圣女果、口蘑、揉搓过的柠檬叶,中小火煮10分钟。
  • 5.加入鱼露、砂糖调味,倒入椰浆略煮2分钟。
  • 6.另起锅少许油烧热,鱼腩煎至两面呈金黄色。
  • 7.鱼腩浸入汤中略煮2分钟,挤入柠檬汁即可关火。
  • 8.盛入锅仔中,随配酒精炉上桌享用。
