金枪鱼花式寿司

Steps to make 金枪鱼花式寿司

  • 1.打散一个鸡蛋
  • 2.摊一个蛋饼备用
  • 3.新蒸的米饭加入适量寿司醋(不要加太多,否则米饭水分太大就粘了)
  • 4.分出一半拌好寿司醋的米饭,加入适量红心火龙果(不要加太多,颜色合适即可)
  • 5.把颜色搅拌均匀
  • 6.蛋饼垫底,铺一层红色米饭,黄瓜去头尾放在中间
  • 7.用寿司帘把蛋饼紧紧卷起来
  • 8.用刀把蛋卷十字切开,分成四份。(有点散开没关系,一会儿用手小心调整好就可以了)
  • 9.打开金枪鱼罐头
  • 10.选两条切开的蛋卷,把黄瓜角分别朝外置于紫菜之上,在两个蛋卷中间处铺上白饭,饭上再铺一层金枪鱼罐头
  • 11.铺好的金枪鱼上再铺一层白饭
  • 12.把另外两条切开的蛋卷黄瓜面朝上,角分别朝外放在白饭和金枪鱼的外侧最上层
  • 13.用力卷紧寿司卷,调整成方形

  • 15.卷成方卷的寿司切开就完成了
  • 16.用寿司酱油加入青芥末调成料汁
