Steps to make 松子饼干

  • 1.先将松子平铺在烤盘上, 放入预热180度的烤箱中烘烤5分钟, 表面微黄;
  • 2. 黄油室温软化,加入糖粉;
  • 3.用电动搅拌器搅拌至顺滑;
  • 4.分次加入鸡蛋液,每加入一次用搅拌器打至均匀;
  • 5.加入过筛的低筋面粉和烘烤过的松子, 搅拌均匀;
  • 6.用保鲜膜垫入饼干盒模具中;
  • 7.放入冰箱中冷藏一个小时以上定型, 再从冰箱中拿出来后切成0.5厘米同样厚度的片; 11. 均匀的放入烤盘中, 注意留出空隙;12. 放入预热好的烤箱里,中层上下火180度,约15分钟左右烤至表面金黄即可;
