Steps to make 榴莲青团

  • 1.25克澄粉放入碗中,倒入25克开水用手动打蛋器迅速搅匀。
  • 2.另取一个盆,称出200g糯米粉、35g粘米粉和5g的艾草粉再加入200g的清水。
  • 3.把生面团和熟面团混合揉成光滑的绿色粉团。
  • 4.盖好保鲜膜防止风干。
  • 5.把面团平均分成25g一个的小团子。
  • 6.揉圆按扁,放入榴莲馅团。
  • 7.用虎口收口,慢慢揉圆,成型。
  • 8.全部包好,揉圆,青团下边垫油纸防粘。
  • 9.锅里先把水烧开,再把蒸屉放上去,中火蒸15分钟。
