今天买的牛腩很好,小火慢炖做了红烧牛肉,花费时间虽长,但是很香,蛮好吃。

    • 1.牛腩切成块。
    • 2.冷水中加料酒、姜片,放入牛肉焯水3分钟,温水洗净浮沫沥干水。
    • 3.姜片、辣椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、草果、花椒。
    • 4.锅中放油,放入焯水后的牛肉和冰糖、香料翻炒,烹入料酒、生抽、红烧酱油翻炒上色。
    • 5.加足量热水炖煮1个小时,加盐调味再炖煮半个小时。
    • 6.肉香味美。
