27的烹饪日记——随心南瓜纸杯蛋糕
很久没做甜食的27,最近有朋友留言说,想要南瓜蛋糕的做法~于是,今天随意发挥了一下,没想到味道还不错呢~嘻嘻~~

    非常简单的一款纸杯小蛋糕,浓浓的南瓜香味,香甜绵软~大家可以试试哟~

Details of ingredients

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 熟南瓜泥120g
  • 葡萄干30g
  • 朗姆酒(用来浸泡葡萄干)
  • 泡打粉1/2小勺
  • 黄油80g
  • 1/4小勺
  • 红糖20至40g
  • 细砂糖20至40g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 27的烹饪日记——随心南瓜纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.将南瓜去皮去籽蒸熟,捣成泥备用,葡萄干用朗姆酒浸泡着。黄油软化后,加入细砂糖、红糖、盐用电动打蛋器打发,体积膨胀,呈羽毛状。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散后,分三次加入打发好的黄油里面,每一次必须完全融合以后,再加入下一次蛋液。
  • 3.加入已经冷却好的南瓜泥,继续搅拌均匀。
  • 4.把泡打粉加入面粉中,过筛到黄油混合物中,用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 5.将面糊舀入纸杯中,2/4的位置。
  • 6.将浸泡好的葡萄干沥干水分,均匀的放在蛋糕糊中。
  • 7.再在葡萄干上面再次放上一层蛋糕糊。
  • 8.放进预热好的烤箱,中层,上下货,180℃,15分钟左右。
  • 9.好啦~香喷喷,软绵绵的南瓜纸杯小蛋糕就完成啦~
  • 10.葡萄干可以换成自己喜欢其他果仁或者坚果,如果不喜欢酒味的话,可以用清水浸泡果仁。
  • 11.如果不喜欢果仁,只要南瓜的原味的,可以不用加任何东西进去哟~松松软软的南瓜小蛋糕,很适合小孩子和老人家的口味哟~恩恩~
  • 12.恩~晚上光线不好~拍的有点丑丑的~大家将就着看吧~嘻嘻~~
