俄式番茄土豆炖牛腩
普通的番茄土豆炖牛腩,我稍做改了,加入了黄油和牛奶,更加有异域风情啦。

  • 牛腩500克
  • 土豆1个
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 番茄1个
  • 烹调番茄酱2袋
  • 黄油20克
  • 牛奶100毫升
  • 黑胡椒粗颗粒少许

Steps to make 俄式番茄土豆炖牛腩

  • 1.牛腩切块备用
  • 2.煮锅加水,冷水下锅加料酒焯牛腩,焯好捞出备用
  • 3.洋葱切块,番茄切块
  • 4.切碎的番茄放入料理机打碎
  • 5.炒锅中加入大约20克黄油化开
  • 6.下入洋葱煸炒出香味
  • 7.加入打好的番茄汁
  • 8.待番茄汁煸出红汤,加入两小袋烹调番茄酱
  • 9.下入焯好的牛腩翻炒片刻
  • 10.加入没过牛腩的水,下入桂皮、香叶,大火煮开转小火煮1小时
  • 11.1小时之后,牛腩用筷子可以顺利插入,说明基本上已经软烂了,下入土豆块,再煮20分钟
  • 12.20分钟之后,土豆也已经很软糯啦,汤汁变得浓稠
  • 13.这时再加入100毫升左右的牛奶(这个步骤是我自创的,感觉配合之前的黄油有浓浓的奶香,使得这道菜的味道更丰富,更洋气些)
  • 14.出锅之后撒些黑胡椒粗颗粒、洋葱丝和小葱
  • 15.浓浓的番茄加上奶香,配合土豆的绵软,牛腩的软烂,实在是太诱人啦。
