朋友每年冬天都会给我送好多家里自己种的地瓜。也许是小时候吃地瓜吃的太多了,现在的我基本上不吃地瓜,可我老婆还有老爷子却非常喜欢吃地瓜,尤其是烤地瓜。现在小宝宝也非常喜欢吃地瓜,只是地瓜的膳食纤维太多,吃多了怕宝宝消化不了,所以胖子用地瓜做了一道地瓜马芬,这样小宝即可以吃到地瓜,还可以吃到一种换了花样的点心。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 牛奶60ml
  • 糖粉60g
  • 玉米油70ml
  • 面粉150g
  • 泡打粉5g

Steps to make 地瓜马芬

  • 1.地瓜蒸熟压成泥备用。
  • 2.将鸡蛋、玉米油和糖粉放入容器中。
  • 3.用打蛋器打至蛋液颜色开始变白。
  • 4.加入适量牛奶。
  • 5.用打蛋器打匀。
  • 6.将面粉和泡打粉混合过筛筛入蛋液中。
  • 7.用刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 8.再加入地瓜泥。
  • 9.切拌均匀。
  • 10.在模具中抹上一层黄油再均匀的撒上一层面粉。
  • 11.倒入拌好的蛋糕液,用用力震几下,震出里面的气泡。
  • 12.烤箱180度预热5分钟。
  • 13.放入烤架,中下层,上下火180度烤30之40分钟即可。
