红烧狮子头
想吃肉的欲望有点控制不住了,最近在减肥没怎么吃肉,今天必须吃了,来个狮子头吧,解馋利器啊

Steps to make 红烧狮子头

  • 1.后腿肉把瘦肉分开先切碎
  • 2.再把莲藕洗净切末
  • 3.把莲藕放在瘦肉上继续切
  • 4.剥离下来的肥肉切碎
  • 5.再把肥肉放在瘦肉和莲藕上继续剁碎,使三者融合
  • 6.葱白和姜切末
  • 7.切好的肉糜里放入鸡蛋,淀粉和所有的调味料,往一个方向使劲搅拌上劲儿
  • 8.搅拌好的肉糜
  • 9.锅里放多点油,烧热,把肉糜用手团成丸子状放入油锅里小火炸熟
  • 10.捞出炸好的丸子
  • 11.炒锅留少许底油,加入姜片冰糖,生抽,老抽,鸡汤,料酒,半碗水,烧开
  • 12.狮子头放进去炖煮半小时即可,收汁勾芡,撒上小香葱盛盘
  • 13.配一碗米饭香喷喷啊
