  • 3片
  • 绵白糖1茶匙

Steps to make 红烧羊肉

  • 1.羊肉切成块,提前用清水浸泡1小时,然后沥水,
  • 2.准备炖羊肉的佐料,
  • 3.锅中倒油,加入绵白糖,炒至焦糖色,
  • 4.下羊肉块翻炒均匀裹上糖色,
  • 5.加入酱油, 翻炒上色,
  • 6.烹入料酒,加盖焖1分钟,关火,
  • 7.将炒好的羊肉倒入压力锅中,加入热水和炖肉佐料,
  • 8.加入老抽,烧开,
  • 9.加盖,转中火,上气后,压40分钟,
  • 10.压好的羊肉,
  • 11.将羊肉移入锅中,加入盐,
  • 12.大火将汤汁收浓后,出锅装盘即可。
