中式点心枣泥莲花酥

Steps to make 中式点心枣泥莲花酥

  • 1.所有油皮材料混合,揉出手膜以后静置20分钟,记得盖保鲜膜
  • 2.油酥材料混合,分成16份
  • 3.油皮也分成16份,用油皮包住油酥
  • 4.擀成牛舌状
  • 5.从一端开始卷起来,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 6.15分钟以后再顺着方向擀成长条
  • 7.从上往下卷起来,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 8.把中间按下去,两端捏起来,擀成圆饼状,包上枣泥馅儿
  • 9.用刀子切成如图的六份,中间不切断,上下切透
  • 10.每一个花瓣上用刀子拉两下
  • 11.把每个花瓣的两端捏起来
  • 12.中间点上蛋黄液和芝麻,烤箱175度,25分钟,中间覆盖锡纸避免颜色过深
