  • 干辣椒1个
  • 葡萄酒1杯
  • 酱油1茶匙
  • 味精1茶匙
  • 白砂糖1匙

Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.早上买回来的大虾全是活的,真的是很不错
  • 2.看看有20CM大小,是不是比别人的油焖大虾大哈。
  • 3.做前首先处理下虾,剪去虾剑、虾须、虾眼。虾眼必须去掉油爆的时候这个会爆
  • 4.再来就是虾尾尖这里也是常会爆,稍微剪去一点尾尖
  • 5.再来就是从第三节处剔除虾线,或是直接划开成开背
  • 6.配料准备好
  • 7.虾处理好晾干,油热开始双面爆红捞出
  • 8.下姜片爆成姜油
  • 9.下干辣椒爆香,喜欢辣的话可以多下点。我下一个只为提味
  • 10.火不要太大,下一匙白砂糖炒出糖色
  • 11.倒下大虾
  • 12.倒入葡萄酒、味精、蒜头、酱油提味,盖上锅盖焖熟
  • 13.中间翻次面,待酒干汁浓的时候关火。洒上韭菜翻下即可
  • 14.韭菜、大虾壮阳菜。
  • 15.美味的油焖大虾完成了
