    Steps to make 家常菜肴@@爱上红烧~~红烧腐竹酿肉

    • 1.原料:腐竹皮 猪肉糜 鱼糜 。
    • 2.备好白青葱 姜 小葱。
    • 3.用腌肉材料将猪肉糜及鱼糜拌匀。
    • 4.加1小勺木薯淀粉搅拌至起胶,放置腌制15分钟。
    • 5.事前腐竹皮泡软,取一片腐竹皮摊开。
    • 6.放入适量的陷料。用淀粉抹腐皮给它容易粘不会开。
    • 7.将左右两边向内褶,再将前端卷起来。
    • 8.锅加入水烧开,将做法(7)放入蒸5分钟至10分钟。
    • 9.将蒸好的腐竹酿肉取出,备用。
    • 10.烧热锅,下少量有烧热,将腐竹酿肉小心放入锅里。以大火炸的方式至两边金黄。
    • 11.加入姜片及葱段煸炒一下。
    • 12.倒入调好的酱料。
    • 13.在旺火上烧开后,再移至微火上慢烧。小心的翻面,再煮另一面。
    • 14.大火使其快速上色收汁入味即可。(不必烧太久因为腐竹酿肉已经蒸熟的)
    • 15.红烧腐竹酿肉。
