一个人吃饭的时候,总是很随便。爱吃什么就做什么,合自己口味就好。春卷皮买回来快一周了,一直在冷冻层躺着。包饺子剩了一点肉馅,是虫草花冬菇云耳马蹄瘦肉鲜,很好吃,一个人吃饭,就用这个做馅料,炸春卷吧~空气炸锅的确省油,但是感觉做不出油炸的口感,有得必有失吧。

Steps to make 空气炸锅版春卷

  • 1.春卷皮用冷水浸泡湿润
  • 2.将圆形的春卷皮摊到碟子上,然后放上肉馅,像包班戟一样包起来
  • 3.依次包完所有肉馅,一共包了4个,够吃了
  • 4.200度预热空气炸锅5分钟,然后放入表面刷了油的春卷
  • 5.空气炸锅200度的温度,炸15分钟
  • 6.在第10分钟时取出,反转,再放入继续炸至时间结束
