  • 1.调好三杯汁:10勺米酒,5勺酱油(生抽两勺,老抽三勺),5勺香油;2.5勺冰糖(或白糖)
  • 2.整只鸡斩成小块
  • 3.鸡肉冷水下锅,先焯一遍水
  • 4.捞出鸡肉,用清水冲去浮沫
  • 5.姜切片;蒜拨皮;葱切段
  • 6.饭锅中,先倒入适量的植物油;底部铺上姜片蒜粒和葱段;
  • 7.然后,将鸡块倒入
  • 8.倒入调味汁,这时不用搅动,盖上电饭煲,按下煮饭键
  • 9.约10分钟,将鸡块和调味汁充份搅拌均匀,再盖上电饭煲继续煮5分钟左右,即可!
