德普烤箱食谱——天使蛋糕卷
蛋糕卷,好吃死了。无油无蛋黄,不但好吃也健康。
奶酪馅儿也可以用自己喜欢的口味,这个配方用到的就是普通馅:
奶酪馅:奶油奶酪200克,细砂糖60克,淡奶油100克

  • 泡打粉2g

  • 1.原料
  • 2.将色拉油、牛奶和55g的蛋清混合搅拌均匀
  • 3.依次将面粉、抹茶粉和泡打粉筛入混合均匀到无颗粒;
  • 4.将剩余的200g蛋清和白醋,分3次加入细砂糖打发至湿性发泡;
  • 5.取1/3蛋白霜与抹茶糊翻拌均匀,倒回剩余蛋白中,搅拌均匀;
  • 6.将搅拌好的面糊倒进铺有油纸的烤盘中,刮平;
  • 7.放进德普烤箱,烤制18min,即可;
  • 8.将奶油奶酪隔水加热至细腻光滑;淡奶油和细砂糖,打发,分次和奶酪糊拌匀;做成奶酪糊
  • 9.待蛋糕卷置凉后,将奶酪糊卷起,冷藏4h,食用即可。
