Steps to make 糖醋姜芽

  • 1.姜芽买来后,放到水龙头下冲洗,用从未用过的牙刷把姜芽全身刷干净。
  • 2.清洗干净的姜芽,用簸箕放在阳光下晾干。
  • 3.准备好冰糖、花椒、大茴、生抽、米醋。配料的多少根据个人口味,喜欢吃甜味的可以多放冰糖,喜欢吃酸味的可以多放醋。
  • 4.把晾干的姜芽放到盆中,倒入两匙腌制盐腌两个小时,腌出多余的水分,这样腌制的姜芽脆嫩爽口。
  • 5.把冰糖、花椒、大茴、生抽、米醋放干燥的锅中煮沸腾。
  • 6.把姜芽攥干水分放入干燥无水的玻璃瓶中,把熬好的汤汁晾凉后,倒入瓶中,没过姜芽。
  • 7.把玻璃瓶盖子封紧,放到冰箱里一天一夜后就可以食用了。腌好后的姜芽放冰箱里随吃随拿。
