Steps to make 青萝卜酿肉

  • 1.将萝卜去皮切成3厘米高度的厚片。
  • 2.用高个子梅花模切成花样。
  • 3.再用小一号模具朝中间切成空心。
  • 4.猪肉馅里加入切碎香菇和1勺料酒、生抽、适量的盐,胡椒粉和1勺淀粉,混合拌均。
  • 5.将肉馅酿入萝卜中间空心处。
  • 6.上锅注水烧开,将萝卜放入,用大火隔水蒸15一20分钟即可出锅。
  • 7.成品。
